Brunswick Eats was born from two simple passions: good food and great stories. We believe every dish tells a tale, and we love capturing those moments that bring people together: one meal, one memory at a time. Think of us as part creative agency, part media outlet, with a dash of flavor and a whole lot of heart.
I’m Cassie, a lifelong writer whose words have traveled from Hawaii to Pennsylvania and everywhere in between. Along the way, I found my true love, Paul, in Atlanta.
Paul is a multidisciplinary creative professional with more than a decade of experience in design, film, and storytelling. His advertising, branding, and multimedia background bring our shared vision to life. See more of his recent work here.

We are fortunate enough to have some great local talent eating and improvising their way through various Brunswick Eats episodes. You can often find them in local theatrical productions and out on the town. They are also hosts of the popular podcast, You Know Me.
The Beard aka Gman has had a love of food since birth. Both his parents immigrated from Italy, so fine Italian cuisine was introduced to him at an early age. Raised in New York and later spending time in Vermont, Gman’s passion for food only deepened, blending big-city flavors with small-town heart. Now, he’s bringing that same enthusiasm to the Golden Isles, eager to celebrate and share the incredible, one-of-a-kind culinary experiences this coastal community has to offer.
Frank Buda has called Brunswick home for the past decade, and in that time, he’s become a familiar and friendly face around town. A former restaurant owner and the man behind some of the most unforgettable cheesecakes in the Golden Isles, Frank knows his way around good food — and good company. The Golden Isles have truly captured his heart. Whether he’s out fishing in the sparkling coastal waters, enjoying the area’s vibrant restaurants and bars, or mingling with friends at First Friday, Frank embodies the laid-back charm and community spirit that make this place special.
